At Unlock Holidays, we understand that plans can change. That's why we strive to make our refund process as clear and fair as possible. Below are the guidelines for our refund policy:

Cancellation by Customer:

If you wish to cancel your booking, refunds will be provided according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the trip date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the trip date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip date.

Cancellation by Unlock Holidays:

In the rare event that Unlock Holidays cancels a trip, customers will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
