Itinerary
Arrival in Baku - Upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, unwind and relax. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner in a local restaurant where you can taste traditional Azerbaijani cuisine.
Baku City Tour - After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour. Start with the UNESCO-listed Old City (Icherisheher), where you’ll see the Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah’s Palace, and the old city walls. Visit the Flame Towers for a panoramic view of the city, and continue to Baku Boulevard, a scenic promenade along the Caspian Sea. End the day with a stroll through Nizami Street, known for its shops, cafes, and vibrant atmosphere.
Gobustan National Park and Mud Volcanoes - Today, enjoy an adventurous trip to Gobustan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient petroglyphs dating back thousands of years. Continue to the unique mud volcanoes nearby, where you’ll see bubbling mud craters, a fascinating natural phenomenon found in few places around the world. Return to Baku in the afternoon and spend the evening at leisure.
Absheron Peninsula Tour - Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a tour of the Absheron Peninsula. Visit the Ateshgah Fire Temple, an ancient Zoroastrian site, and the Yanardag (Burning Mountain), where natural flames blaze on a hillside due to underground gas. This day gives you a glimpse of Azerbaijan's deep spiritual heritage. Return to Baku in the afternoon for some free time.
Shopping and Leisure Day - Enjoy breakfast, then explore Baku’s shopping options. Visit the Park Bulvar Mall, the 28 Mall, or traditional bazaars where you can purchase local handicrafts, carpets, and souvenirs. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, enjoy a spa, or explore more of Baku on your own.
Departure - After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight time, you may have free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your Baku journey with Unlock Holidays.
