After check-in and a brief rest, the rest of the day is dedicated to acclimatization due to the high altitude. Relax and take things easy to avoid any altitude sickness. In the evening, take a short drive to explore Shanti Stupa, which offers panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding mountains. On the way, stop at Thiksey Monastery, a beautiful Tibetan Buddhist monastery that resembles the Potala Palace in Lhasa.
