Itinerary
Arrival in Colombo - Transfer to Sigiriya - Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to Sigiriya. Check in at your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the serene surroundings.
Sigiriya Rock Fortress & Dambulla Cave Temple - After breakfast, visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site offering breathtaking views and intricate frescoes. Later, head to Dambulla Cave Temple, known for its ancient Buddha statues and impressive murals. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Kandy City Tour - Proceed to Kandy, a city surrounded by scenic hills. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka’s most significant cultural sites. Explore the Royal Botanical Gardens and enjoy a traditional cultural dance show in the evening. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Nuwara Eliya - Tea Plantations and Waterfalls - Drive to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its cool climate and colonial charm. Visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous tea production. Explore the scenic landscapes, waterfalls, and lush hills before relaxing at your hotel.
Bentota - Beach Day - Head to Bentota, a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches. Enjoy a day of relaxation, beach activities, or an optional river safari in the mangroves. Overnight stay in Bentota.
Departure from Colombo - Transfer to Colombo for a quick city tour (if time permits), exploring highlights like Independence Square, Galle Face Green, and the bustling Pettah Market. Continue to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your Sri Lankan journey with Unlock Holidays.
